Warranty Information

Soul Living warrants all products for 12 months from date of purchase and guarantees it products under Australia Consumer Law.

From time to time Soul may sell faulty or defective goods on sale which will be clearly marked and advertised as such. These goods are sold on the basis the consumer is purchasing the product to make good on the faulty or defective state of the goods and has been adequately compensated via the discount to fulfill such.

Refund Policy


CHANGE OF MIND


Soul Living does not accept returned products or refunds due to a change of
mind. This includes if you simply change your mind, decide you do not like the
purchase or have no use for it.


EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT NOTE


We will gladly exchange homewares or give you a store credit note on a homewares product with proof of purchase within 7 days of original purchase; if the products are returned in the same condition they were purchased and from the same outlet.

FAULTY PRODUCTS


You may choose between a refund or a store credit note, where goods or products are faulty, wrongly described or do not do what they were supposed to do.


If the problem is not major, we will repair the product within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose between a refund,store credit note or replacement.


Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase.
