Warranty/Care & Refund Information
Soul Living warrants all products for 12 months from date of purchase and guarantees it products under Australia Consumer Law.
From time to time Soul may sell faulty or defective goods on sale which will be clearly marked and advertised as such. These goods are sold on the basis the consumer is purchasing the product to make good on the faulty or defective state of the goods and has been adequately compensated via the discount to fulfill such.
CHANGE OF MIND
Soul Living does not accept returned products or refunds due to a change of
mind. This includes if you simply change your mind, decide you do not like the
purchase or have no use for it.
EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT NOTE
We will gladly exchange homewares or give you a store credit note on a homewares product with proof of purchase within 7 days of original purchase; if the products are returned in the same condition they were purchased and from the same outlet.
You may choose between a refund or a store credit note, where goods or products are faulty, wrongly described or do not do what they were supposed to do.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the product within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose between a refund,store credit note or replacement.
Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase.

RESORT LIVING FURNITURE WARRANTY
Resort Living Furniture Warranty is limited to manufacturing faults only & does not cover general wear and tear of the products ( Rattan /Cane /Resort Living )
I am hand made from sustainable rattan, which makes me a natural, organic and extremely durable material.
Even though I am tough, I still require basic maintenance, love & care.
If I start to look dry, refresh my outer skin by wiping using Linseed oil on a cotton rag. A simple light wipe over will keep me nourished, refreshed and clean. Do not use any harsh cleaning chemicals as this can damage my finish.
Any rattan furniture should always be located / positioned out of direct sunlight & uv rays.
Prolonged dampness, sunlight & UV rays can lead me to mold formation / fading & rapid deterioration. It is not recommended to use natural rattan furniture outside or in open uncovered outdoor areas unless fully covered with protective all weather cover...
Please give me a general check up at least every 6 months, for any mold or deterioration and give me a wiping of Linseed oil on a cotton rag to prolong my simple features.

Rattan Patio Furniture must be in a protected complete undercover area away from direct sunlight ,UV Rays , rain , hail or any moisture
It must not be placed or exposed to any outdoor elements as above
Cushions and Fabrics exposed to the elements are not covered by warranty , it is recommended Cushions and Fabrics are not permanently left on products that are exposed to the elements

Failure to care for your product correctly and follow the information above will Void Any Warranty Claims
All products sold by Soul Living are intended for Residential Use Only ,Any product used for commercial use will void all warranties associated with the product
